Stage Coach Charter and Tour is a Florida based, family owned and operated business. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best service in the Charter and Tour Business. The following information is provided to help ease the process of starting your next adventure.

Reservations may be made with either a reservation form found in this brochure or by phone. The following information will be needed along with your payment to complete your reservation: name(s) of the parties going, address, telephone numbers, any special request(s), specify which tour reservation is for, date(s), departure location. Review your confirmation to be sure all the info is correct. Please note any changes when you make your final payment. Reservations are held for 5 working days pending receipt of your deposit. If your deposit is not received in that time we will release the space and your reservation will be based on availability at time of booking. All multi day tours must be paid in full 45 days prior to departure. Reservations made after final payment date must be paid in full at time of reservation. All trips need a minimum of 25 people paid in FULL 30 days prior to departure date.

When to make a reservation?
Reservation and deposit should be made as soon as possible (60-90 days prior to departure) to ensure your place. Deposits are usually fully refundable up to 30 days prior to departure. Reservations made within 30 days of departure are accepted on a space available basis only.

Requests for special seating due to physical conditions need to be made at the time of reservation. A Doctor’s statement may be required.

Silver Dollars:
Silver Dollars are mailed to all passengers who traveled on an overnight tour. Use them like cash toward the final payment of your next overnight tour.

Cancellation Policy:
No refund will be issued on cancellations received 14 days or less prior to departure date. Cancellations received on or after final payment due date up to 14 days prior are subject to a $50.00 per person fee plus any other non-recoverable expenses for which Stage Coach Charter and Tour has contracted. Cancellations must be made during normal business hours. A full refund will be issued to all passengers whose cancellations are received prior to the final payment due date. No exceptions can be made.

No-shows will not be refunded. If you are not at the scheduled departure location at the scheduled departure time you will be considered a no-show.

All prices are quoted per person. Single Rate (1 person per room) allows you a private room. Price is based on additional charges to us for your non-shared room. Double Rate is (2 persons sharing a room) 1 or 2 beds. Triple/Quad rate is (3 or 4 persons sharing a room) with 2 beds. Some exceptions apply.

What is included in the price of your tour?
Round-trip transportation via deluxe motorcoach, the services of a Stage Coach Tour Director, overnight accommodations, admissions, meals and sight-seeing as indicated for each tour, luggage handling for one suitcase per person, taxes and gratuities on any included meals and lodging taxes. Additional suitcases can be carried for an additional charge.

What is not included in the price of your tour?
Meals and attractions not specified, tips to your Motorcoach Driver, Tour Director, local Guides, Housekeeping, Telephone Calls, Hotel or any other items of personal nature are not included in the price of the tours.

Special Requests?
Any special requests such as non-smoking room, first floor room, or any other special needs should be put on your reservation form. We will do our best to meet your needs but unfortunately cannot guarantee it. Special assistance or handicap accessibility must notify the office at least 48 hours in advance.

Emergency Contact Information:
Any emergency contact and medical information should be provided to Stage Coach Charter and Tour prior to departure.

Tipping of Drivers, Tour Directors and local guides is not included in the price of your tour. Tipping is customary but not mandatory and should be done on a voluntary basis for a job well done. The common tipping amount is $2.00 per person per day.

Proof of citizenship:
Proof of citizenship is required on all trips outside the United States. A passport, birth certificate with a raised seal or naturalization papers is usually acceptable for U.S. citizens traveling to Canada. A driver’s license is good for ID, but not proof of citizenship. Canada can deny admission to anyone with a criminal record or OUI violations. Stage Coach Charter and Tour cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to provide required documentation.

Tobacco and Alcohol:
The use of tobacco products and alcohol is NOT allowed on our coaches. Frequent rest stops are made to accommodate those who smoke so they may smoke outside the coach. Stage Coach Charter and Tour reserves the right to refuse to transport any person or persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose conduct is such to be objectionable to other passengers or the safe operation of the coach.

Important Notes:

  1. Stage Coach Charter and Tour is not responsible for articles left on the coach.
  2. Published times on itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, mechanical and any other conditions that prevent Stage Coach Charter and Tour from operating normally.
  3. Stage Coach Charter and Tour is an agent for its tour patrons and therefore accepts no responsibility for any “extra charges or expenses” caused by any delays due to: An Act of God, delayed departure or arrivals, missed connections, weather conditions, accidents, road conditions, traffic or any other condition beyond our control. Stage Coach Charter and Tour reserves the right to change the itinerary and substitute any arrangements of equal or greater value if circumstances warrant a change. Stage Coach Charter and Tour is not responsible for deficiencies on the part of the hotels, restaurants, cruise lines or any other company providing services throughout the tour. Stage Coach Charter and Tour reserves the right to cancel any and all tours if reservations are inadequate, and/or decline to book any persons, making full refunds.
